What affects the disposal price?

Pricing depends on item quantity and size, weight, dismantling needs, stairs or difficult access, vehicle space, manpower and collection timing. We confirm the agreed scope before collection.

Can you remove just one item?

Yes. We handle single-item collections as well as multi-item and full-property clear-outs.

Do you dismantle bulky furniture?

We can dismantle suitable sofas, bed frames, wardrobes, desks and other furniture when required for safe removal. Please show the item and access route in your photos.

What items require special planning?

Pianos, fish tanks, gym machines, oversized furniture and very heavy appliances require dimensions, weight where known, and complete stair or lift access details.

Do I need to prepare appliances or fish tanks?

Appliances should be disconnected, emptied and defrosted where relevant. Fish tanks must be fully drained with livestock safely relocated before collection unless otherwise agreed.
